I know what you’re thinking, August is way too early to even be thinking about Christmas, but we know that the fall and holiday seasons are busy times for our studio and want to be prepared!

Boudoir albums are a fantastic and unique gift idea for your significant other.  Since all of our albums are designed from scratch and every image inside retouched to perfection, you’ll need to plan early if you want to have it sitting under your tree this Christmas!  All sessions must be completed by October 22nd to guarantee that you will have your album before Christmas.

If you secure your spot by August 27th (your actual shoot can be for later in the fall), you will receive a free outfit and set upgrade to your package, which is valued at $75!

Sessions can be scheduled during the week between 10am and 3:30pm.  We can arrange for professional hair and makeup services for you if needed, and we’ll be happy to consult with you regarding outfit or costume choices.   We require a $75 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

As always, boudoir sessions are confidential, and your images will never be shared with anyone unless you give us permission to do so.  Our Market Square studio provides a private, comfortable atmosphere, and care is taken to ensure that your shoot is a fun, confidence-building experience!

I am SO excited about this addition to our boudoir services! A Glamour Party is a perfect opportunity for a fun night of pampering and girl-time with 3-6 of your bestest buds!  You will have full use of our studio to get ready while you listen to music or watch your favorite movies.   Each girl will receive a mini boudoir shoot photographed by me (Erin) as well as some fun group shots in street clothes so you can remember what a great time you had! 

Glamour Parties start as low as $99 per girl.  If you bring the maximum number of girls (6 including yourself) then your shoot is free!  Base price includes full-retouching of images and 2 5×7 mounted prints.  Upgrades are available such as in-house hair/makeup services, refreshment catering, additional sets/outfits, or special discounted rates on additional prints and albums.

We’re currently only booking Glamour Parties on weekdays, M-F (evening parties available).  Friday nights are the most popular time and are going to be very limited throughout the summer, so please inquire soon if you are interested in booking a party for your group!

Our top of the line boudoir book is this 8×8 leather beauty.  It has a gorgeous thick leather cover and the pages are sturdy and rigid.

The photo-printed pages are bound to a thick substrate and are very resilient. 

The binding is similar to our flush wedding albums, seamless from one end to the other!

For those looking for something a little simpler, we also have these mini 4×4 pocket albums.  They are just too cute!

Size comparison with the 8×8 leather book.   The 4×4 has sturdy pages, though they are quite a bit thinner because there is no substrate.  We also do an 8×8 linen-covered book that is similar in thickness to the mini album.  There’s something for everyone!

All of our boudoir albums are available in 7 different colors and arrive in the cute black & white bags you see above.  We also provide a blank greeting card printed with one of your photos to use as a “teaser” when you surprise your partner with your amazing album!

What is it?

Your boudoir shoot features sexy, elegant images in lingerie and/or costumes.  Taking place in our private studio setting, we combine a mixture of lighting and posing techniques to flatter and showcase your best features.  There are several different ways to approach boudoir, but to me, it is all about elegance and glamour – more along the lines of old Hollywood lingerie shoots, and less like Playboy magazine.   Whether you’re petite or plus-size, these sessions are geared to build your self-confidence and spotlight your beauty.

What do I wear?

This is the fun part, and there is no right or wrong answer to that question!  bra/panty sets, boy shorts, stockings, nighties, robes, garter belts, bathing suits, and camisoles are just some of the things that you could choose to bring.  You can also dress up your outfit with endless accessory choices such as high heels, boots, scarves, hats, or crazy jewelry.  We recommend a professional hairstyle and makeup application, and can arrange those services for you if you want!

I don’t think I’m thin enough!

This is, by far, the #1 concern I hear from women considering a boudoir shoot, and I can’t stress enough that being a size zero is in no way a pre-requisite to booking a session.  The way that your images are posed and lit will be chosen to highlight your best features and detract from others.  We are confident that we can create beautiful images of any woman.  Also, each of our packages includes a full retouch of every single image!

We had a great time catching up with our friends, family, and clients on Friday!    Everyone seemed to arrive at once, so I hope we were able to make the rounds and say hello to everybody that came by.  My sister and bro-in-law snapped a few photos for us in the collage above.  My sweet mother-in-law called up Lisa Foster Design and sent over a stunning pot of orchids.  For the past year, I’ve been obsessed with orchids.  I want to fill my life with them.

Lisa & crew also sent over a gift of pink roses. They smell wonderful!  Thanks so much, guys!

The closest parking garage is the Market Square Garage on the corner of Walnut St. and Wall Ave, which is free after 6pm. Hannah & Bailey chose the Heirloom album, which is an alternative to the Craftsmen Flush book. This album has a fully-designable cover, and has thinner, lightweight pages. The thickness of the pages allows for a smaller binding which can hold more images.

This album is a 10×10 and contains 60 pages. It has a removable dust jacket and is delivered in a glossy black case stamped with the names of the bride & groom.

We recommend the Heirloom for those who just can’t bring themselves to only include a small collection of images in their album. Expandable to 100 pages, we can showcase your entire wedding day quite easily in one of these suckers.

Allison’s book was a 10×10 in sand leather, black modern name stamp, and cover photo inset.  This color is quickly becoming my very favorite leather.  It’s so rugged and earthy and wonderful.

Allison’s parents chose an 8×8 Roma wine-colored book with a solid color and modern branded name stamp.  Love that rich color!

I get so excited whenever new albums arrive. So many hours have gone into each wedding from the first time a bride and groom meets with me until the delivery of their finished album. It’s so rewarding to see everything come together after working with them for months and months. It’s a long process with a fabulous ending (until they come back for family photos when they have their little ones, of course!!)
