After a brief ceremony with two of their closest friends, we spent a couple of hours taking photos around the property. It was 28 degrees outside, but they were total troopers. I don’t know how they did it!

We loved working with these two!

Casey & Chase were married on November 15th at Whitestone Inn in Kingston, Tennessee. It really was a pleasure working with them and their sweet families. We felt right at home! Some of you baseball fans may recognize Chase as left-fielder for the San Diego Padres. Originally from Anaheim, CA, Matt is a huge Angels fan, but since the two teams only meet head-to-head every 3 years, he’s agreed to expand his loyalties into Padres territory as well.

Bridezilla? Nah.. just fun with a flower girl!

Mark spent some low-key time with his groomsmen over in the men’s dressing area.

Ginny chose a variety of flowers to use in the bouquets, and they were all colorful and unique.

A moment during their private meeting..

I wasn’t quite sure how to decipher the expression the ring bearer had as he marched down the aisle. Is it fear? Excitement? We may never know!

Ginny’s dad gave her hand a reassuring pat just before heading down the aisle.

A moment of prayer during the ceremony

Official!

The bling

After the ceremony, everyone headed over to the inn for the reception. Typical of East Tennessee weather, the outdoors went from blazing hot sun to a rainstorm in no time, so everyone stayed dry and cozy as they partied the afternoon away safely indoors!

I spotted this adorable message on their signature mat

This adorable little man provided some of the entertainment. I dunno, he might just have a career ahead of him!

After a quick toss of the bouquet..

.. Ginny and mark headed upstairs where they said goodbye to their guests before retreating into their room for some R&R

But they were nice enough to let us join them for one last parting shot!

Next up: Jonna’s session!

When I first met Beth & Brian, I knew they were going to be wonderful to work with. They were both so friendly and easy-going, and their wedding on July 28th went off without a hitch!

The ceremony was held in Kingston. I love these images of Beth reading her card from Brian..

One of the adorable flower girls was such a ham! Whenever either of us had the camera pointed at her, she was always ready to strike a pose!

Matt joined Brian with some family as they lunched together before the ceremony.

Brian’s first glance at Beth as she made her way down the aisle.

After the ceremony, everyone headed over to the Watts Bar Belle riverboat for the reception… a first for us! Before boarding, we had a short photo session on the riverbank.

The reception was filled with lots of laughter, dinner, and dancing, and even a blast from an authentic cannon from a friend living near the riverbank!

After the boat, we followed Beth & Brian as they visited a locally-owned bar called The Brewery, owned by Michigan natives. They might kill me for posting this one!

As the day wound down, we made one last stop at the home of Beth’s parents in Kingston, where we spent some more time with Beth & Brian in the garden at the house for some more fun photos. Most of the guests changed into casual wear for a laid back gathering with dancing, games, and lots of laughs!

I hope you both enjoy this first peek at your wedding. We had a wonderful day with you!
